Business Leaders Connect
Business Leaders Connect is a luncheon series designed to feature local and regional business leaders to provide learning opportunities and information on business trends to the broader business community.
Emerging Leaders
Previously known as Brea Young Professionals, Emerging Leaders, is a program designed to enhance the employment and leadership skills of Brea's up and coming workforce through mentoring, educational workshops, and social events.
LEAD$ Lunch
Fast-paced networking lunch connecting designed to increase small business leads. Short presentations, 30-second commercials, followed by networking.
Mixers
Informal networking opportunities at fun local establishments. Some hosted in partnership with other Chambers as well as the Chamber Business Alliance.
Leadership Opportunities
Ambassadors
Ambassadors serve as greeters at Chamber functions, visit new members and welcome them to the Chamber, and encourage member participation through phone calls and personal contacts.
Chamber Business Council
By invitation only, this group of Brea corporate enterprises engages in the broad business issues such as economic development, workforce, and housing issues.
Women in Leadership Council
The Women in Leadership Council is a group of executive women leaders providing vision and support for the Brea Chamber of Commerce's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program focused on gender equity, called the Women Rising Leadership Academy (WRLA).
Housing Committee
This is a group works to build bridges between the current and future housing needs of the city’s workforce. They tackle the challenges to ensuring adequate housing for our businesses’ workforce, including advocacy at City Council meetings.
Tech Conference Committee
This committee includes a variety of experts in the technology space or as well as businesses interested in leveraging technology in order to plan and execute the Chamber's Tech Conference.

Industry Roundtable
Roundtable events are held for specific industries to meet, peer-to-peer to discuss current challenges and share solutions and best practices.
Topical Workshops
The Chamber provides topical workshops on a number of specific subjects identified by members in the Chamber's annual member survey. Workshops are held throughout the year.
Women Rising Leadership Academy
This diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program explores the under-representation of women in top leadership positions, addresses the internal and external barriers to advancement, offering creative, tangible, and actionable strategies to help women advance into top leadership positions.

Hosted on YouTube, we go behind the scenes with video interviews of members business leaders to explore their business practices, philosophies, experiences, and future plans.

Job Board
Is your business hiring? We can help promote your open positions! The Chamber Job Board lists current open positions of members who are actively hiring. The Job Board is further promoted in our newsletter and on social media, in addition to the Chamber website.
Workforce Development
A subset of the Economic Development initiative, the Workforce Development initiative helps prepare the future workforce by formalizing partnerships with higher-education, including Cal State Fullerton, as well as local high-schools to provide interns to member businesses. The Chamber’s Women Rising Leadership Academy also serves as a workforce development program, offering elevated training for working women.
Legislative Advocacy
The Brea Chamber of Commerce supports keeping Brea a business-friendly City at the local, state, and federal level. We stay abreast of legislative issues and take actions against business-killing bills and legislation in collaboration with the California Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. We advocate on your behalf as the voice of reason against business-killing laws and legislation at the local, state, and federal level.
Action Alerts
When your voice is urgently needed, the Brea Chamber will send out, via email, an Action Alert giving you information on the law, relevant deadlines and a link to weigh in with your local or federal lawmakers.
Local Government Representation
Your Chamber engages at every level of government on behalf of your business. Chamber staff, Board members and volunteers advocate on key issues at City Council meetings and Planning Commission meetings.
Advocating for Business-Friendly Public Policy

Through CalChamber and the US Chamber, the Brea Chamber weighs in on important legislation impacting your business. We offer our members the opportunity to be the focused speaker for upcoming educational workshops. The workshop will be entirely focused on your business, education, and workshop offerings. Your workshop, hosted by us, will be advertised on our event page, newsletters, email broadcasts, and social media.
Chair's Circle Recognition
Members whose annual dues contribution is $1500 or more are considered part of the Chair's Circle. Chair Circle members enjoy elevated exposure throughout the Chamber website, on email signatures, and at events and in publications. Chair's Circle members also enjoy concierge service.
