The Brea Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to helping businesses succeed through fostering connections and resources through our membership benefits. Membership with the Brea Chamber enhances your businesses potential for success. Business Connections and Networking

The Brea Chamber of Commerce presents networking events throughout the year for members to increase their visibility in the community and market their business. Attending Brea Chamber events is an excellent opportunity to represent your business and foster a growing network. 

Emerging Leaders

Previously known as Brea Young Professionals, Emerging Leaders, is a program designed to enhance the employment and leadership skills of Brea's up and coming workforce through mentoring, educational workshops, and social events.

Networking @ Noon

Networking @ Noon is a twice a month luncheon focused on small business. From table top discussions, to presentations from members, and a variety of networking formats. Networking @ Noon is designed to build small Brea businesses.


Informal networking opportunities at fun local establishments. Some hosted in partnership with other Chambers as well as the Chamber Business Alliance.

Leadership Opportunities


Ambassadors serve as greeters at Chamber functions, visit new members and welcome them to the Chamber, and encourage member participation through phone calls and personal contacts.

Chamber Business Council

By invitation only, this group of Brea corporate enterprises engages in the broad business issues such as economic development, workforce, and housing issues.

Women in Leadership Council

The Women in Leadership Council is a group of executive women leaders providing vision and support for the Brea Chamber of Commerce's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program focused on gender equity, called the Women Rising Leadership Academy (WRLA).

Housing Committee

This is a group works to build bridges between the current and future housing needs of the city’s workforce. They tackle the challenges to ensuring adequate housing for our businesses’ workforce, including advocacy at City Council meetings.

Tech Conference Committee

This committee includes a variety of experts in the technology space or as well as businesses interested in leveraging technology in order to plan and execute the Chamber's Tech Conference.

Government Affairs Committee

The Government Affairs Committee is a group of members and stakeholders who are engaged as representatives of the various sectors of the local business and government community. The committee provides feedback and recommendations related to Brea Chamber positions on public policy issues and may provide input to the Brea Chamber Legislative Platform. The Brea Chamber does not endorse political candidates.

Education Resources

Industry Roundtable

Roundtable events are held for specific industries to meet, peer-to-peer to discuss current challenges and share solutions and best practices.

Topical Workshops

The Chamber provides topical workshops on a number of specific subjects identified by members in the Chamber's annual member survey. Workshops are held throughout the year.

Women Rising Leadership Academy

This diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program explores the under-representation of women in top leadership positions, addresses the internal and external barriers to advancement, offering creative, tangible, and actionable strategies to help women advance into top leadership positions.

Economic Development

Discover Brea

An economic development program focused on driving traffic to member establishments in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Businesses / Restaurants in and around Brea offer a 10% (or more) discount to Discover Brea card holders. Discover Brea cards are issued to members for FREE as a member benefit.

BOUSD Canyon High School Entrepreneur Scholarship

In partnership with the Brea Olinda Unified School District and Canyon High School, this member funded scholarship is awarded to a worthy student starting their own business.

News to Use is a monthly e-newsletter that announces upcoming events and workshops, shares valuable resources, and celebrates and shares past event milestones and Chamber volunteers.

Advocacy Update

Advocacy Update is a monthly e-newsletter that shares how the Chamber is fighting to keep a business-friendly climate alive and well to benefit your business.

Written by Chamber staff and industry experts, SOURCE is your go-to resource for credible, factual information on the key issues facing business in Brea and the region.

Job Board

Is your business hiring? We can help promote your open positions! The Chamber Job Board lists current open positions of members who are actively hiring. The Job Board is further promoted in our newsletter and on social media, in addition to the Chamber website.

Workforce Development

A subset of the Economic Development initiative, the Workforce Development initiative helps prepare the future workforce by formalizing partnerships with higher-education, including Cal State Fullerton, as well as local high-schools to provide interns to member businesses. The Chamber’s Women Rising Leadership Academy also serves as a workforce development program, offering elevated training for working women.

Legislative Advocacy

The Brea Chamber of Commerce supports keeping Brea a business-friendly City at the local, state, and federal level. We stay abreast of legislative issues and take actions against business-killing bills and legislation in collaboration with the California Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. We advocate on your behalf as the voice of reason against business-killing laws and legislation at the local, state, and federal level.

Action Alerts

When your voice is urgently needed, the Brea Chamber will send out, via email, an Action Alert giving you information on the law, relevant deadlines and a link to weigh in with your local or federal lawmakers.

Government Representation

Representation at the local, regional, state and federal government levels on behalf of your business. Chamber staff, Board members and volunteers advocate on key issues at City Council meetings and Planning Commission meetings, as well as with regional, state and federal law makers.

Advocating for Business-Friendly Public Policy

The Chamber maintains membership and relationship with all of the heavy hitters in Sacramento and DC. Through CalChamber and the US Chamber, the Brea Chamber weighs in on important legislation impacting your business. The Brea Chamber is "on your side" every day, making sure the voice of our businesses are heard.

Marketing and Exposure

As a member of the Brea Chamber of Commerce, you'll receive direct promotion to your business through various marketing resources and opportunities to help increase your organizations visibility and services.

Ribbon Cuttings

FREE Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies can take place at your new or remodeled business (Members Only). Ambassadors, staff, elected officials, and the community to come out to support the success of your new or renewed business.

Tabletops Exhibits

Chamber events such as mixers and Taste of Brea include opportunities for members to host a tabletop exhibit. Call the Chamber office to inquire about future opportunities.
