The Brea Chamber of Commerce, through a partnership with the American World Trade Chamber of Commerce (AWTCC), offers electronically chamber stamped Certificate of Origin and export related documents. Ensure your process is compliant and future proof by enabling document verification.

Certificates of origin issued through the program are aligned with the standards set by the International Chamber of Commerce and can be verified via https://certificates.iccwbo.org/

Documents Covered
The certificate of origin is the most common, you are able to submit other documents for ‘chamberization’ through Chamber Certification. This includes certificates of free sale, invoices, manufacturer’s declarations, and other documents which may need to be stamped, signed, and issued by a chamber of commerce.

Apostille and Legalization
Some countries require additional servicing to be done such as notarization, apostille, or even having the document presented to the embassy for legalization. Through Chamber Certification, exporters can request documents go through this additional processing for any country they may be exporting to.

Guidance
Our connection with AWTCC provides more than just a stamp on a piece of paper. Guidance on document requirements and country standards as well as a referral point for questions related to export are available through this partnership. This helps ensures the businesses in our community are able to succeed in the global market!
